Description:

Typically electrical cabinets are fabricated from formed (extruded) aluminum sides. The light-up "face(s)" are made from polycarbonate which is a highly durable, impact resistant, plastic material. The graphics are high performance vinyl but it is not unusual for them to be embossed and painted as well.

The standard light source for electrical cabinets is comprised of banks of LED bulbs which are manufactured specifically for exterior sign lighting. LED's are work better in varied temperatures, are easy to maintain and are require less power then many other forms of lighting used in the past.

Cabinets can be mounted directly to a wall, on a pole or between two poles. Custom cabinets can include changeable letters for use in gas stations, car washes or anywhere changeable information is required.
